Official Bingham Cup Bars
Gather your friends, mingle with locals and meet other players at these three Bingham Bars.
The gay heart of Sydney – Taylor Square on Oxford Street – will become the epicentre of celebrations during Bingham Cup Week with three iconic venues becoming official Bingham Bars: Stonewall Hotel, Kinselas and The Beresford.
“We’re very excited to have these three venues as our official Bingham Bars,” Bingham Cup Sydney events manager Jonny Bastin told SX.
“Each bar is well established and very popular with the community, offering a diverse entertainment line-up that is unique to each and complements each other.

“We expect people to bar hop between each venue to make the most of what’s going on.”
Each bar will throw a special party during Bingham Cup Week. But they will also hold entertainment every night and offer discounts for Bingham Cup visitors.
“The Beresford kicks off the fun on Sunday, August 24 with our G’day Welcome Drinks; the Stonewall Hotel will host our Opening Ceremony After-Party on Thursday, August 28; and you’ll be able to watch classic old rugby games or get your photo taken with the Bingham Cup at Kinselas,” Bastin said.
“All three will be part of our Rugby Club Bar Tour, hosted by Maxi Shield on Wednesday, August 27.
“Each of the Bingham Bars will be offering a great line up of entertainment each night, so get out there support them, meet some rugby players and have a great time,” Bastin said.
