USA: Trans advocacy campaign lands on billboards in Chicago
Chicago House and Firebelly Design, have joined together to present a new series of billboards aimed at highlighting transgender rights.
The billboards are the result of an annual design intensive, Camp Firebelly, run by Firebelly Design. The 10-day camp invites young designers from around the world to occupy a studio and collaborate on a social issue campaign.
This year, Chicago House's TransLife Center was selected as the subject to benefit from the project, with the billboard designs targeting misconceptions about the transgender community.
The billboards will be officially unveiled tomorrow across the south and west parts of the windy city.
