Want to know what lies in store for the campaign for same-sex marriage? Head to the Beauchamp Hotel on Wednesday where Australian Marriage Equality (AME) will present a panel to discuss the future of marriage equality in Australia.

To discuss the issues and challenges at hand AME has assembled a team of experts and advocates including Paul Howes, National Secretary, The Australian Workers' Union; Senator Sarah Hanson-Young, Greens Senator for South Australia; Alex Greenwich MP, Independent Member for Sydney, Chair Australian Marriage Equality; Clr Christine Forster, Sydney City Liberals and Ivan Hinton, deputy national director of Australian Marriage Equality.
Ivan Hinton said with the change in political landscape and imminent reform in the ACT, it's time to discuss how to progress marriage equality at all levels.
"Our forum will bring together all sides of politics, levels of government, and marriage equality campaigners to discuss the way forward for marriage equality at a federal, state, and territory level.
"This is a very exciting time for marriage equality and we must work respectfully and productively with all sides of politics to achieve reform".
The event will be hosted and MC'ed by Peter Urmson who has joined Australian Marriage Equality in a strategic political engagement role.
