NSW police seek assistance with Aarows shooting
The NSW police have released CCTV footage and images from the assault in April of on an unnamed man outside of Aarows gay club in Rydalmere.
The 52-year-old man was shot three times after he interrupted two men attempting to steal cars from a car park of a neighbouring business.
The assailants have been described as Middle Eastern in appearance. According to police reports one of the men was said to have been heard reciting an prayer in Arabic prior to the shooting.
The Shooting has been passed on to the Middle Eastern Organised Crime Squad as part of Task Force Maloney.
The CCTV footage shows the shooting from a number of angles and bideo and audio taken from a van allegedly stolen by the two men prior to the shooting.
Police are appealing to any witnesses or any person with information on the shooting or identity of the men to come forward.
