Was there camp life before gay bars? What actually happened at the first Mardi Gras? What is the history of The Wall? If you’ve always wondered the answers to these questions, then you will love the Youth History Walk.

Michael Yates from ACON’s Young Gay Men’s team says by attending the walk, you’ll get to learn about Sydney gay history.

“It’s a relaxed day out offering the chance for participants to bond with other young people over some of the issues that affected us then and continue to affect us now."

The event is on Saturday, February 8, is open to young LGBTIQ-identified people aged 26 and under.
